Be the Change…..

You want to see in the world. Whilst Living in a world that's against free-spirited free thinkers and dreamers.

Sounds simple enough.

It really isn’t.

It’s complicated. It’s multi-faceted. It’s dimensional.

Strangely matching many symbols from many other cultures. Or is it strange?

The inner journey. Self Discovery. Finding one’s self while understanding one’s self is part of the whole.

The whole being a representation of one’s self manifested in physical forms.

Everything being connected and playing a part in one’s self discovery while simultaneously affecting the whole with every move we make.

Cause & Effect, Give and Take, Yin & Yang, Black & White, Blue & Red, Moon & Sun and so on and so forth.

There are so many things to maneuver in one’s life. So many challenges. So many patterns.

Patterns repeating themselves until you take the lesson and change.

This comes hard to the majority. It takes sitting with things that are hard, heart wrenching, things that hurt to your core.

Honesty and accountability with one’s self being the toughest road to travel.

Knowing that you have a choice. You wouldn’t believe the amount of people that believe they don’t have a choice. That don’t utilize their free will. That they don’t have to settle for bare minimum. Don’t have to settle for abuse because you took vows. Don’t have to settle for a life of misery because it was the cards you were dealt. That it’s okay to walk away from these things in life. That there is better out there. But you have to let your heart lead. While ensuring your souls foundation is built from faith.

That you have to put the work in to oneself, and burying your head in the sand will not make it go away. It will be standing next to you, asking “Do you feel better?” When you pull your head out of sand. Saying “Yep, still here we can do this now or later. Choice is yours. Head back in sand, or you can face me.”

What you do not face will undoubtedly be waiting for you. Whether you had your head in the sand, head in the clouds, head in your emotions, head in your addictions, head in your diagnoses. You can blame all that ails you, but it’s all on you. You have Free Will. You had a choice. Avoiding the problems/challenges in your life by going to your room and shutting the door is not going to solve anything. Avoiding hard conversations because it causes an ache in your chest or gut is not going to stop what ails you. Drowning your pain and sorrows in a bottle is not going to stop what ails you. Running to another’s arms when you made vows because your partner at home challenged you to be better. Blaming others for all the problems you contributed to is a form of avoidance.

No matter addiction, not matter what form of hiding and running you do. It will always be there waiting for you to face it. Feel it. Sit with it. Change it. It will repeat and repeat til you face your metaphorical demons.

By repeating I mean your unresolved issues, challenges, problems, abuse, will all manifest in another cycle of life lessons with different people, faces, and souls. Until you……

When you end up doing this you have reached honesty and accountability for oneself. Realizing you have and always have had a choice. Embracing god's will for you to embrace your own god giving gift of free will. You learn to forgive yourself for your own mistakes, and others. You learn to live instead of merely surviving. You learn to give instead of taking. You learn to love because you never could truly love while not loving yourself.

It’s all easier said than done.

But it can be done.

The choice is and always will be yours.

Just remember to not act in Haste because it causes Waste.

Accept that life’s challenges are all gifts regardless of the pain, but the true lesson is in HOW you handle them.

You can meet each with anger, pain, sorrow, grief, blame, but understand this journey will be harder, and you get back what you give in EVERY situation. Every journey.

You have the choice to meet the challenges with grace, humbleness, gratefulness, and respect for god/universe for trusting the process and being grateful for the lessons learned. Meeting it with love, honor, and respect.

Know when to walk away. Know when to fight.

Be a warrior in a garden in all aspects.

Understanding the process of what being a warrior means.

Understanding how a warrior can be in a garden.

The best fighters fight with authenticity and love and know when to walk away with grace, and humbleness. Not because they failed, but because they know when something is worth fighting for. To know this is to know your own self worth. Your own boundaries.

Lead with love always. Use the anger for your own personal gauge of boundaries for oneself. Hurting others because you hurt will come back to you. Cause and effect. And the truth of the matter no matter how you justify it. You have a choice to lead with love, grace and faith no matter the situation. Or it will repeat again and again.

Find your peace.

Be grateful for what falls away. It will hurt.

Trust the process.

Love, love, and more love.

Understand another from their perspective not your PROJECTIONS.

Stop surviving.

Start living.

So much Love and Gratitude

Alice
