Left to Right:
Chick, Kevin, Jen, Pete, Lalenya aka 'Alice'

A strong team is always a must when putting together any great endeavor. Clearview Works is no exception. Life takes everyone on many paths to get to where you are and need to be. The people that make up this team have proven this. Gathered together, making a dream come true, Chick, Kevin, Jen, Pete, and Lalenya are working hard to be the change they want to see in the world. Their time and dedication to the cause has allowed this dream to become a reality. Combining their many strengths, with the support of each other, and others around them they look to the future with hope. A hope for bringing knowledge, information, and future resources to those suffering from many forms of trauma so they will be able to heal in their own way, on their own terms.

Founder's Story
Lalenya Yahnke, founder of Clearview Works, has walked through cycles of abuse, loss, and trauma — and turned them into a mission of healing. From a young age, she carried the ability to see beyond pain into the brokenness of others, choosing empathy over hatred.
After her mother’s passing, Lalenya discovered a manila envelope containing her mother’s 1980s design for a self-sustaining greenhouse — a vision for community nourishment and renewal. Though her mother struggled with abuse and illness, this design became a lasting symbol of hope and inspired the foundation of Clearview Works.
Drawing from her own healing journey through alternative modalities, Lalenya saw how inaccessible many of these paths are to those who need them most. With a commitment to breaking cycles of generational trauma, she founded Clearview Works to make healing more accessible, raise awareness, and create sustainable solutions for recovery.
Her ultimate vision is to bring her mother’s greenhouse design to life as a trauma rehabilitation center — a place where people can find healing, community, and nourishment at little to no cost.
