Our Mission: Clearview Works is actively developing a wide range of projects—both short- and long-term—dedicated to expanding the knowledge, tools, and community support available for healing. From building a strong foundation of shared wisdom to creating a self-sustaining greenhouse and a holistic retreat center, every effort is rooted in the belief that healing is not only possible but essential—for individuals and for communities worldwide.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to being the change we wish to see in the world. We are honored to share these projects with you and deeply grateful to those who feel called to support this work in any way they can. Together, we are building a future grounded in compassion, connection, and collective growth.
Being brought together by chance, (or was it?) these two women are using their past experiences to help others understand and walk the healing path.

Clearview Works is developing an annual calendar designed to highlight key dates, share insights about healing, and offer daily reminders of hope and growth. More than just a tool for scheduling, this calendar will also help fund the many meaningful projects Clearview Works is bringing to life—making each page a step forward in healing, awareness, and community support.
In a bold effort to raise awareness about trauma and share the message of healing, Chick and Alice are embarking on a 50-state freedom ride. This journey is more than just miles on the road—it’s a mission to connect with communities across the country. In each state, they’ll stop to interview individuals, gather stories, and build a growing network of healers and resources. Through this powerful ride, they aim to spark conversations, inspire change, and create a national movement rooted in truth, resilience, and collective healing.
As part of Clearview Works’ long-term vision to support surrounding communities and contribute to collective healing, one major goal is to build a large, self-sustaining greenhouse. Powered by renewable energy and rooted in both traditional and modern growing practices, this space will serve as a hub for learning, healing, and nourishment. The greenhouse will not only provide fresh, nutritious food to those in need but also offer hands-on opportunities for community members to grow, give back, and reconnect with the land.
Centered around non-traditional healing practices, the Clearview Works Retreat Center will serve as a safe haven for individuals seeking support on their healing journey. Closely connected with the Greenhouse project, the center will offer a range of holistic resources and services designed to empower people as they move through trauma and into transformation. By providing the tools, guidance, and nurturing environment needed for deep healing, the Retreat Center aims to restore strength, self-awareness, and hope.
Through powerful video footage, heartfelt interviews, and in-depth questionnaires, Clearview Works is building a growing archive of stories, insights, and data. With plans to produce multiple documentaries, this project is part of our ongoing mission to make healing knowledge accessible to all. By capturing real voices and real experiences, we aim to educate, inspire, and connect individuals and communities on their path toward understanding, resilience, and transformation.
