The Draw

Last time I blogged about a little bit of back information on Clearview Works and some of the information about it. Kind of the basis of the foundation and what was behind it. Well in there I also touched base on how the learning about different healing modalities and healing on deeper levels is a big push for me to continue moving forward. Well I want to touch base on that and a few more things.

As I stated before many times I have been working my way down my healing path for that last few years. Years of ignoring my wants and needs for those around me, people pleasing, not standing up for myself, not facing my demons etc. The spiritual, emotional, and mental healing all working their way through, often times dealing with one thing pulled up a handful of others. Having gone through and continuing to go through all of it has shown me the true depths that healing can and often time needs to go. The ability to help others has always been a side of me that has been there and using my experience, the knowledge I have gathered from that, others around me, the courses I have taken and general research I have done will help me do that.

In addition to the helping people heal, I also want to help people’s physical side. I mentioned before that I have also walked a path for my physical healing as well. Eating better, being more active and doing exercises have helped me lose a lot of weight and my body has been better than it has in a long time. The greenhouse will not only allow others to come and have a safe place to work and learn, but will also help others understand the healing properties of fresh food that they may not have access to before. The healing effects it has on the body, and in turn the mind and spirit are greater than some may understand. Taking care of one’s self is very important and needs to be able to help continue passing on the knowledge.

Knowledge, that’s another big push for me. Continuing to learn more and more about healing, building, farming, and overall life. I have always been one to seek out knowledge and understanding of the way things around me work. The chance to gather more as we move forward, learn from others who have skills and experience are always something that I am drawn to.

I am also doing it for the next generation. They are the ones who will need to continue the work, the growth, the healing, and the push for better. This world is in a very sad state in more ways than anyone could have ever imagined. Being able to start teaching those that will someday take over, as well as ones that will help teach is a huge push. Knowing that they are the future and if we don’t work on changing how things are now, it may be too late for them to be able to start. We need to keep pushing for change, changing the way people look at things, they way people feel about the world around them, the way they treat others. If we don’t we will only continue the cycles and everything around us will continue to crumble until we have sealed our own fate and the fate of the next generation before they can do anything about it.

Over all there are so many different things that draw me in to what we are doing, pushing me to continue, and one of the biggest ones is this team. The team we are building at Clearview Works is an amazing one, each brining their own stories, their own thinking, their own skills and experience. To them I say thank you. Thank you for the chance to work with you all and for what you do. Together we continue to push, grow and move forward with this endeavor. It takes a team to make things happen.
