Treasurer
Role Summary:
The Treasurer oversees all financial matters of the nonprofit, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Oversee budget preparation and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.
• Present regular financial updates to the Board.
Requirements:
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• Knowledge of nonprofit financial management is a plus.
• Commitment to Clearview Works’ mission.
Secretary
Role Summary:
The Secretary ensures accurate documentation of meetings, decisions, and organizational records.
Responsibilities:
• Record minutes at board meetings.
• Maintain bylaws, policies, and official records.
• Support board communications and scheduling.
Requirements:
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Prior board or nonprofit experience a plus, but not required.

General Board
Role Summary:
Board Members provide guidance, governance, and support to ensure Clearview Works fulfills its mission.
Responsibilities:
• Attend regular board meetings.
• Help with decision-making, strategy, and oversight.
• Support fundraising and outreach when possible.
Requirements:
• Passion for alternative healing and nonprofit work.
• Willingness to contribute time, skills, and ideas.
